"I do not recommend joining Offshoot Agency Pvt. Ltd. A known person joined the company and within a month his father was diagnosed with cancer. Being the only caretaker, he had to take leaves, but the management showed no understanding. No WFH support was given, the laptop was taken back, and after his father’s death, despite taking only 13–15 days of leave, he was terminated. This shows how insensitive and unprofessional the management is. There is no empathy or employee support here. Avoid this company if you value humanity and job security. This is the worst company"
